About: Ilkeston Community Hospital

attended earlier today. do not like to make fuss or bother an over run health service but circumstances bound me to get medical opinion.

result was what expected however grateful to staff on duty especially student nurse who was polite, uplifting, caring and pleasant (wish them well in their career ) .

was attended to promptly, professionally with a caring side which is sometimes lost in larger units (due to circumstances can honestly say that - although am veryuch grateful to all medical staff) .

anyway thank you to all .

The Team at Ilkeston Community Hospital Minor Injury Unit would like to personally thank you for taking the time to share the positive experience you received in our Unit. We continually strive to deliver the best possible individual care to our patients and we are delighted that you felt supported, cared for and gave you ‘peace of mind’
