We were sent by the doctor from Herbs Bay to William Harvey Hospital due to the concerns that my daughter's airways has become constricted and she was unable to swallow, she has extemely dangerously high temperature and swelling of the neck/glands.
On arrival to A & E, we found the nursing staff and doctor to be extremely helpful. She was taken through to a bag where the immediately put her on fluids, steroids and antibiotics through I V. A few hours later she was transfered to the Rotary Suite, made to feel comfortable in her own ensuite room, and the doctors and nurses were running around for her 24/7, she was treated like a princess. It is a very busy hospital and I can not thank the staff enough, they were happy, smiling and professional. Thank you all again.
