What I liked

Wards were kept clean and the cleaning staff were very nice and did a great job. Some of the staff I cannot fault at all and were kind and respectful - however, my bad experiences were with 80-90% of the team.

What could be improved

Staff did not treat patients with respect, empathy nor sufficient care, many areas that need improvement - lack of coordination between nursing shifts, inconsistent approach to care, forgetful staff, bordering on "prison-like" atmosphere, nurses getting angry at patients in a very inappropriate and unacceptable manner.

I have been extremely saddened by my experience at this hospital and I feel very strongly that this has negatively affected many many patients and truly hindered their recovery as it did mine.
