Ongoing telephone and contact issues at the Eightlands Practice is getting worse as I once again tried to contact them throughout the Morning and the afternoon so eventually through sheer frustration I called in.
The response I got was very shocking to be told the whole building was having telephone problems which is not the case when I had checked with all the other Practices they explained their phones had been working perfectly.
To make matters worse I was advised that no appointments would be available till next week as I was chasing up a Doctors appointment to discuss my Ultrasound results which again I had to wait weeks for that appointment as well.
Why was I told there was a telephone situation when sometimes the phone are picked up and put straight down or just clicking over as call terminated?
Please note I will be passing my concerns and complaint onto the relevant bodies as this is unacceptable and needs resolving.
