"Weight management service"

I was referred to weight management doe to considering weight loss surgery. I has recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and had suffered depression for years. I also have fibromyalgia which can affect my ability to exercise. Mairi immediately put me at ease and through discussion and small, manageable changes was able to improve my confidence, improve my fitness and stop the self destructive cycle I had been in my while adult life, I am now reducing medication, studying towards a degree, active, sociable and planning my future.
