Called the Belckin Center after being sectioned under 136... Was told that "someone will call you first thing tomorrow" after being released!
I had to chase around 'whoever' it was to get a number to find out who it was & who to call. The member of staff who answered phone, couldn't have been more put out by my request for the number. They gave me the number for "IC something" which was not recognized. IC something??
Called the member of staff back, basically they had the mentality, not my problem, mate. Disgusting!
Do your job right! People are in distress & need support, not a cocky cant't be bothered attitude! And you wonder why people are in this situation!??
Utter rubbish!
"Utterly shocking"
