"Nurses are incredible. Wonderful. Reception are..."

About: Soho Walk in Centre

Having needing to visit almost daily for a fairly extensive period, I can say that the nurses are all wonderful. Every single nurse I met was polite, friendly. Knowledgable and sympathetic. These nurses are wonderful people and get all sorts of people in here and they deserve the highest praise. A truly wonderful, kind and gentle bunch and seemed like they genuinely cared.

The waiting time varied of course, but largely no more than an hour to an hour and half max, unless it was a weekend.

The reception staff were largely all rude and uninterested. Some serious training needed. You should not be customer facing if you are that rude. Honestly so sour faced and unhelpful and also quite rude and shouty (to others) that they let the wonderful nurses down by the rude and miserable behaviour. One in particular. Totally disengaged.

That said, the nurses make up for it. The facilities are clean too.
