"Taken on time and fully assessed"

About: NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service) Victoria Hospital / Out of Hours

(as the patient),

Call into nhs24 was assessed by a nurse -they arranged care at the local ooh - taken on time and fully assessed by an other nurse lynette who called ahead to medics in kirkcaldy victoria hospital for further assessment - on attendance was taken onto ward where tests were carried out and diagnosed with pe.
