"Great person centred care"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Plastic Surgery & Burns (wards 45, 47, 48 & 49)

(as a relative),

My dad has spent the last two weeks in ward 45 having sustained chemical burns to both feet. The care provided by the medical and nursing team was wonderful always professional and caring at a worrying time for both my dad and his family. Very much appreciated

Dear Ochiltree

Thank you for taking the time to post on Care Opinion. I am sorry to read that your dad has sustained chemical burns and I understand what a worrying time it will be for him, you and your family.

I am pleased to read about the care the staff in ward 45 have provided to your dad. I will ensure that your kind words are shared with them.

I hope your dad continues to recover well

Best wishes
Lisa
