I have just rung up for advice on getting treatment and the person who answered the phone was so dismissive and rude and when I asked about alternative solutions the person was very unhelpful. Absolutely unacceptable I was treated as if I was stupid...........

I am sorry that you feel the reception staff of Birmingham Dental Hospital were rude and unhelpful when you spoke to them on the telephone. Your comments have been passed to the Associate Director to discuss with the relevant manager and staff.
