(as the patient),

We have been working today on how to encourage more patients to get involved in the Patient forum.

We think we/ you need to get a leaflet devised to explain what the Patient forum is about and what is expected of Ward reps. Leaflet called perhaps Your voice matters. We think this would increase Involvement patient wise.

Thank you for your posting. The sessions led by the Divisional Involvement Lead and volunteers from the Involvement Team were very productive and have led to some changes in the way the Patient Forum is run at Arnold Lodge.

I agree that the work of the Patient Forum should be promoted widely to patients and staff at Arnold Lodge. The Acting Therapy Services Manager will be raising this issue at the next Patient Forum and will be suggesting that all members of the Forum should work on producing promotional material for the Forum

The Involvement Lead, the Patient Chair of the Forum and I will be starting the process of producing a leaflet which should be ready for the Patients' Forum on 17th May 2018.
