"Was in very good hands"

Had an appointment on Thursday with a surgeon who not only explained in depth the condition which they were treating but was very transparent and wrote everything down for us to google or wikipedia. Warm and caring and couldn't have been anymore professional than the surgeon was, was offered an operation within 5 days. Pre-operation we where looked after and the staff communicated with us impeccably and after the operation the good care continued. With the service we received we would highly consider private from now on in.
