"I don't know where I'd be if I hadn't have come"

I had CBT from Let's Talk Hull. Everything's helped! Compared to how I felt at the beginning of CBT, I feel like the dark has lifted and I feel a lot more positive about things. I've achieved all my goals and I can do anything I want to now. Having someone there every week or so, has helped me to off load about how I was feeling, as well as give me ways to go forward - the experiments in particular have really helped me to push myself. I don't know where I'd be if I hadn't have come, its been a really big help. Thank you for everything Emma, you've been a massive help.
