"Nurse in charge was evil"

I attended the minor injuries unit with my nephew who had a head injury, we were treated like criminals because he had bumped his head on a raidiator by a nurse who couldn't be bothered to listen or treat anybody because the unit was about to close! The nurse was so nasty and condescending and if the place is run by them then I am not surprised it is closing. The nurse needs a long hard look in the mirror about what it means to be a nurse because they don't have them qualities!
