"Excellent care"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus / Paediatric surgery

(as a parent/guardian),

Our 4 week old baby was diagnosed with pyloric stenosis at Lincoln hospital on the bank holiday after Boxing Day. We were swiftly transferred to QMC, where we received excellent care.

Our baby boy had his operation to correct his pyloric stenosis 2 days later. All the staff were outstanding, but I would particularly like to compliment the team of doctors who kept my husband and I well informed and delivered information at an appropriate level at all times. The nurses caring for our baby were attentive and reassuring.

From an extremely grateful Mummy (but also a fellow Dr)
