"smoking ban"

About: King's Mill Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

I visited the hospital twice on

Monday 15th May. Once visiting someone on coronary care and the other time taking my aunt to audiology.

There are clear signs saying that Kings Mill is a non smoking site. Directly outside the entrance there were many people smoking as we went in and out. To enter the hospital we had to walk through a fog.

Would it be possible to enforce the ban?

Thank you very much for taking the time to provide this feedback.

We are a no smoking site as you say, and take that very seriously.

However we are aware that we do have an ongoing issue with individuals still smoking on site, which we continue to try to address.
