I have had three appointments at the BMI Three Shires including a scan and consultations; and three appointments at the BMI Meridan. Two of three at Three BMI Shires were moved to a different time with less than 24 hours notice. One of the appointments at BMI Meridan was very badly organised proving extremely difficult to obtain procedure codes and costs for my insurance company (I evetually got them 10 mins before the appointment and found them excessively expensive compared to other providers); on the day of the appointment I also received several voice messages moving the appointment to different times throughout the day and finally even a different hospital! Completely unprofessional, unacceptable and causing a lot of stress.
Despite some very good staff who do the best they can there appears to be a culture of disorganisation and very little appreciation for the needs of their patients. Please sort this out senior management. There is no way I could ever recommend this hospital compared to past experiences at the Saxon Clinic in Milton Keynes or at Nuffield Health. Very bad.
"Disorganised and unhelpful"
