I often ring Minster Medical Centre at the allocated time of 8am to get an appointment - the phones are usually extremely busy and by the time I get through appointments are then unavailable and I'm told to ring back the next day.
8am is when most people are travelling to work or getting kids to school is there a way you could rethink this?
