What I liked
I have had numerous Blood tests and on most occassions I have been greeted and treated by very pleasant staff. A few times, I would say was not.. Perhaps a bad day like we all have now and again.
What could be improved
More staff for the busier times, as I have been when all the chairs are full and there is standing room only.
Anything else?
Far better than Kettering hospital especially for the minor issues. Both in terms of treatment and convenience of travel.
