The care of my Daughter was good and mine was not too bad

What could be improved

To communicate with the patient a lot more about the knowledge of THEIR condition, even though the medical staff feel they know more.

My Niece Hayley was rushed into your A&E by Ambulance as she had had a fit on the street with her 2 year old Daughter. There was a distinct feeling that they wanted to get rid of her as soon as possible. She had hit her head and banged her knee during the fall to the ground, but no xrays where taken and there seemed be a lack of response to her plight all around. She was got rid of even after many requests to let her sleep, as this is part of her recovery, but she was awoken and sent home. Arriving at home she had a 2nd fit (something we said would happen) and she was then rushed to Northwick Park hospital in Harrow. This could have been avoided and left me thinking was she out of your budget area???
