My partner was admitted into the hospital following an episode of heart failure. From collection by an emergency ambulance everyone with whom she came into contact was professional, caring and empathic. She was initially treated in A&E and then moved to a medical ward prior to being moved to ward 14. At all stages the staff were considerate and caring, not only of my partner but also me, ensuring that I was kept updated as to her condition and that we were both provided with relevant information as to her well being. She received the best of care on the ward and was discharged 6 days later with a full treatment plan. No better care could have been provided and we are both grateful for the friendliness and dedication of all the staff involved.
"Excellent care in hospital"
