A brilliant service but the waiting time is long & they play really loud music which for people who are hard of hearing this adds distress to the visit.

We are sorry that you found the music to be loud during your visit. If you do visit the department again, please notify a member our staff if the music is causing you any distress as they will be happy to reduce the volume or find an alternative area for you to wait.
