I recently had appointments in both outpatients and cardiology immediately following the recent cyber attack.
My outpatients appointment went ahead with consultant unable to access their computer but this didn't appear to be an issue. Staff were calm, considerate and caring, clinic was on time. My cardiology appointment was initially cancelled due to the ongoing computer issues, but quickly reinstated and I was contacted promptly and kept informed of the situation.
Once again, staff were kind, considerate and caring and showed resilience to the difficulties they were experiencing. Thank you.
