(as the patient),

I attended my practice (Huntergreen Medical Practice) today with a GP who I had never met before. She was friendly, informative and I felt took her time explaining everything to me and ensuring I left with no questions unanswered. The NHS has some excellent assets in the form of staff despite its internal challenges. I know GP's have limited time with patients but I didn't feel rushed. Great experience with a great Doctor.
