Felt a bit nervous about the course but I shouldn't have as the staff were great and the course was tailored to suit each patients needs I have been going for 4 weeks and I can feel the improvement already

I am pleased to hear you are feeling an improvement already, seriously, that is a great start and a great accolade to the staff. I will certainly pass this on so they can get the pat on the back they clearly deserve.
