What could be improved

the total experience!! the nurse said i would be checked every 20mins to half an hour after my op. this didn't happen!! i was left drowsy in and out of pain for quite a while. the nurse left the window open in the room and at night when it was raining and cold i buzzed and got no answer. i eventually got a nurse to come at four in the morning to shut the window, nearly four hours after buzzing the emergency buzzer!! i had a breast enlargement, and i couldn't hardly move, the nurse didn't bring me anything to eat until nearly five hours after my op!! they put it on a table about two foot away from the bed and left me to get it. it went cold! i think that the nusres just forgot about me as i was in a room on my own. there were a couple of other things like the nurse helped me to the toilet and said i'll wait outside for you afetr shouting her to help i came out of the toilet and she had gone!!
