I went to the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham. I went to the eye clinic to have a cataract removed. The receptionist is always good, everyone showed courtesy and consideration.
The only thing that could have been better was the waiting time before the operation, I arrived at the ward by 7.15am and the operation was not until 11.45am.
I would like to thank the consultants in the eye department for the treatment and care that I received.
"Everyone showed courtesy and consideration to patient"
