About: Grantham & District Hospital

(as the patient),

I had my 3 yearly check for Barretts oesophagus 2 weeks ago in Grantham hospital. The entirely female staff were professional and empathic, making me feel much at ease. The appointment was bang on time too.

I would recommend anyone to have such a procedure done, by choice, in Grantham, where the care and expertise is sans pareil.

Dear Belsane

I would like to thank you for your comments about Endoscopy at Grantham when you had your check for Barrett’s Oesophagus.

It is always good to get feedback, and to hear from a patient that they were treated professionally with empathy is very reassuring to hear.

As Matron it is always good to know that the Endoscopy Team are working to the standard that we expect. I will make sure that the whole team see your comments.
