What I liked

All staff very friendly and knowledgable - the hospital was clean and procedures clearly followed. Wait times were excellent. I had an individual room on the ward with free tv, telephone and wifi. Nothing was too much trouble throughout my stay and afterwards. I would definitely recommend this treatment centre.

What could be improved

The outpatients appointment was slightly disorganised with what seemed to be lack of rooms for all the nurses working - this wasn't a major issue though.

Anything else?

Overall I felt very at ease throughout my procedure.
