"Department of Endoscopy"

Another visit to the Endoscopy Suite for further ongoing treatment, as always I was treated with kindness, courtesy and dignity by all those staff I had contact with.

I was fully informed and involved before, during and after my procedure and felt at all times that my health & welfare was foremost.

I was "seen" at the appointed time, taken straight to the prep ward and from then the process was continued without delay.

Excellent experience (notwithstanding that I would rather not have needed to be there) Efficient, courteous, caring, the staff are a credit to the JPHUH and to themselves. Thank you all so very much.
