What I liked

(Radiology/X Ray Dept). Clean and much smaller than Addenbrookes, with pleasant atmosphere. Very helpful, friendly staff and I was seen on time. Radiologist was excellent.

What could be improved

My letter said to come to the Radiology Dept, but it's only signposted as XRay and I wasn't sure it was the same thing - perhaps make a note to put both Radiology/ and XRay on the letters you send out for first appointments?

Anything else?
