i am so impressed with how understanding all the staff are with those patients that find these visits very difficult, for those that struggle with any kind of medical appointment, queues, strange/new environments, communication difficulties and many more issues that can easily cause massive anxieties for those diagnosed with autism and challenging behaviour! Thank you for making a very difficult visit that bit easier.
