I went to the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham to the Cataract Unit. I had two cataract eye operations. The surgeon introduced himself to me and was very understanding about all my worries and really helped me by stopping to let me clear my throat.
Nothing could have been better, everything was done to help me and to reassure me by the doctors and all the nursing staff.
I was never made to feel embarrassed, angry or upset, everyone was very nice to me.
I would like to thank Dr Foss and all the nursing team and staff who helped me on my two operation days.
"Excellent care for patient who had two cataract operations"
