"Amazing staff in the women's unit!"

I had an appointment for a colposcopy yesterday and was pretty scared... very scared. The minute the letter came through to tell me I had severe changes I was stressing, it's an awful letter to get. But when I arrived at my appointment the staff put me at ease immediately. They were friendly, funny and an amazing team. They were thorough in the information they gave me and left no room for unsurety. They made an awful, uncomfortable situation just that little bit more bearable. A great example of how knowledgeable staff and wonderful teamwork can create positive experience for patients! Thank you
