About: Hull Royal Infirmary / Accident and emergency

Returned from holiday with my husband unable to walk and with a very swollen leg.

From the outset my husband was dealt with with efficiency, friendliness and all procedures were fully explained.

As my husband has other health issues nothing was left to chance and he had every diagnostic procedure available to find the source of the problem.

We were sent from one department to another and at each one the friendly, efficient attention was the same.

The staff were still suffering the effects of the cyber attack which played havoc with their systems but they did not show frustration, irritation or make excuses.

These people work under extreme difficulties every day and it would have been understandable if they were less than efficient which just proves how lucky we are to have their services.

Thank you to each and everyone of you who dealt with us.
