What I liked

My mother in law has been receiving good care whilst in hospital and her home has been changed to suit her needs before she returns, Thank you

What could be improved

My mother in law is in Moseley Hall at the moment. Her problem is she gets bored, when you are old you do not tend to read as you cannot concentrate, so their lives mainly consist of watching TV. Why do you not have TV next to the bed the same as SOH or QEH all they have is one TV between them all on a ward. I found the same at West Heath when she was in there. Just curious as it is very hard for people to come from their environment to doing nothing all day. Thank you

Thank you for your feedback. I am pleased to learn that your mother in law has received good care whilst in Moseley Hall Hospital. Your comments about the absence of bedside TV's have been forwarded to the Service Director for consideration.
