On a visit to my daughter in Bristol I had a hypo (low blood sugar episode) in a local supermarket.
Store assistants and shoppers helped me and called the medics.
The medics who attended to me were Paul and Dianne from Bristol Central station.
I can't thank these medics enough. Not only did they go through a full range of tests, they also showed empathy for the emotional effects I was feeling, put my mobile phone on charge during the journey to Bath hospital - which ensured that I could maintain contact with my family - and made me a cup of tea on arrival to help calm me.
I do hope this message and my gratitude to Dianne and Paul are conveyed to them as I want them to be recognised for the excellent service they provide.
