"not a great deal,when paramedics ..."

About: Good Hope Hospital

What I liked

not a great deal, when paramedics bought my grandmother in left her in the corridoor and just stood there speaking to each other whilst my nan was in pain.Although when paramedics came to get my nan they cared for her and made sure she was comfortable.

What could be improved

Everything, The car park was about 5 minutes away from the hospital, The care my nan was given could of been better instead of leaving her on her own, there were different nurses coming in never the same one. They then done a ECG and a chest x-ray on her and was told she had a blood clot on her lung, 10 minutes later told that instead she had pneumonia, she was in a cubicle surrounded by different patients, the nurses where just standing talking to eachother and laughing, and everytime my grandmothers heart moniter went off no one came over, when trying to take blood from my nan they dropped needles and gauzes and although they didnt reuse them they certainly didnt pick them up either, and now been told its not a blood clot or pneumonia but something else and we dont know, although they injected her with medication for blood clots and pneumonia. Also is still not on a ward.
