This was my second operation at the hospital.
As with my previous experience, from the time of admission to the time of discharge, all members of staff treated me with consideration and friendliness the entire time I was an inpatient.
I have nothing but praise for all the porters, nursing staff and the surgical team.
A big thank you to the spinal surgery team and also the staff on Clwyd ward.
