It is impossible to get an appointment - I ring from 8am and cant get through and by 8. 20am I am told there are no appointments left. On more than one occasion I have been told by reception that the GP have booked up their own appointments which was confusing.
There is a GP at the practice who I find really unhelpful, I do not like their manner and feel they do not offer a supportive approach.
There was also an occasion when I desperately needed a home visit due to my condition but this was refused and I was told to take a taxi to the surgery if I needed an appointment.
I am seriously considering changing GP
