I went to Pinderfield's hospital to ward 5 to receive treatment for chest pains. The nursing staff were very good and the doctors were very good, they treated me with respect and dignity and information and decision making was shared with me appropriately.
I would like to thank the doctors, the nurses and all of the other staff.
