Our 2 year old daughter has suffered from constipation since birth. As parents we had been going back and forward to our own GP on numerous occasions with little to no follow up of her condition. This changed in December 2016 when we were finally referred to the paediatric consultant at DGRI, who has been very thorough in their care delivery and put us at ease throughout the process. I feel like the consultant has explored every avenue possible, keeping us fully updated with appointments, letters and personally phoning us to see how our daughter is doing. I feel like our care as a family has been unique and personalised. We are now in the hands of the Royal Hospital for Children surgeons, but I can't thank DGRI enough for their continuous first class care along the way.
