What could be improved

The receptionists were RUDE and IMPATIENT. They treated both myself and and my sister who was giving birth as if we were begging them.

The midwives behaved as if they couldn't be bothered to treat us and only when we continuously smiled at them and cracked jokes did they even consider smiling back at us.

Anything else?

I attended all the appointments with my sister from the beginning and the care and attention she got throughout was amazing. The only thing that puts the hospital down is the birthing experience, which is the most important part of the whole hospital experience.
