What I liked

My husband was a patient on Pennine Ward for three weeks. The care and attention he received at all times was absolutely 100%. All of the staff were lovely, friendly and understanding at all times. this includes the physios, OT services the tea ladies as well as the care assistants and medical staff. It was very apparant that all the staff worked very well together and were very friendly towards each other. You were all brilliant. Thank you very much for everything you did for my husband

What could be improved

I can't think of anything that would have made things work any better.

There was always adequate staff around to attend to all the patients. The food was lovely and they bend over backwards to serve the food to each individuals needs.My husband enjoyed all of his meals once he started to feel better. The whole place is spotlessly clean and well looked after. We loved the conservatory.I was particularly impressed in how all patients are helped to move around to prevent falls which is comforting when that has already happened and thats the reason they are in hospital.

Nobody should ever worry about having to have a stay in Babbington Hospital. You will be well looked after.
