What I liked
I have been involved with the rehab team, the midwifery, health visitor and nursery nurse teams. All have been very supportive, reassuring and professional with their care.
What could be improved
It would be nice to have a small area where new mums can sit and have a cuppa or snack after clinic but the breast feeding support group with cold drinks was welcome in the abscence of a coffee shop.
Anything else?
The whole feeling at Uckfield is friendly and the volunteers on reception quite often recognise me and my baby, which makes me feel valued and special. I'm always greeted with a smile, which is lovely (especially if you/ve had no sleep for a few days!)
