"they tried to be understanding ..."

What I liked

they tried to be understanding and a proffesor came to see me

What could be improved

length of time of treatment

Anything else?

i was so badly let down by my dentist in 2005 iwas told i had severe peridontal problems i had lost bone was told a 2 year wait to go birmingham finally in 2008 got seen,by then had large gap between front teeth left front loose and longer than other have been going birmingham for 2 years now when i saw a proffessor who said there was only a 6 week wait,my left front tooth is now jutting out which sits on my bottom lip and causes a whisling noise with some word pronouncition,i know they have to get my mouth in tip top condition, but the past 2 years i have been back and forth with still no resove as to the front teeth which are causing me considerable stress to the point of isolating myself.i went a few weeks back and should have been called back for treatment before that appointment i now have a appointment for may but need treatment on another floor before that appointment, the same treatment i should have had before my last appointment
