"Falling and what service I got from the health professionals"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as the patient),

After having a fall in my bathroom and trying to get up myself my wife decided to phone for a ambulance. Within three minutes of the call they were on the door step. Two lovely chaps called Andy and Colin from south western ambulance service, Exmouth East Devon station. After carrying out all their test they decided to take me into hospital to get checked over. I would just like to say from all my family thank u so much for all your help and what an amazing job you do.

Dear Colin11,

Thank you for taking the time to share your story. I hope you are recovering well.

It is always rewarding to hear stories of how our staff are delivering care and support to patients when they need it most.

We would be happy to share your story with the ambulance staff involved in your care, however to do so we will need some specific information. If you would like us to do this, please may I ask you to contact us on either plaudits@swast.nhs.uk or 01392 453 831 and a member of the Patient Engagement Team will be happy to help you further.

Thank you, again, for taking the time to provide us with feedback.

Kind regards,

Sharifa
