I was originally admitted to the ENT department at the RSCH for a second opinion for recurring sinus issues. After years of my GP trivialising my sinus issues, the consultant at RSCH really listened to me and took me seriously and were more than happy to refer me for a CT scan to investigate further.
The CT ended up revealing that I had severe septal deviation; a condition only treatable through surgery. Within a few months I had the surgery and now, two months later my quality of life has massively improved.
Throughout the whole process every staff member I encountered was kind, caring and more than willing to go the extra mile. The ENT and day surgery departments were exceptionally clean and well run and I would recommend this hospital to anyone.
"Most efficient hospital with the kindest staff"
