Very good staff - once you get an appointment. Phoning if almost impossible - always a queue, and up to and beyon twnty minutes.

I am pleased to hear that you have found the staff in our audiology department to be very good, but am very sorry to hear that you have had trouble getting through to the department on the telephone.
