"A&E department"

I would like to say a huge thank you to all of the staff at the A&E department for making a broken ankle as stressless and painless as possible. I arrived around 9.30pm and was seen to within half an hour. The whole process was very efficient, comfortable and organised. Despite having broken my ankle, I felt at ease, comfortable and very well looked after by all of the friendly staff. I particularly impressed by the staff member who looked after me throughout the process. I am grateful for all the help I received and would recommend this A&E to anyone.
